At Your Service Pet Valet does not sell any information about its customers or visitors to its Web site. Information from customer orders is shared only with necessary vendors and shippers for the purpose of fulfilling those orders.
ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Products:
All measurements are approximate, subject to change without notice, and intended for reference purposes only.
Ordering:
All orders require pre-payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as money orders, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers. There is a $20 wire transfer fee. No C.O.D. orders. If your credit card is declined, your order will be held, possibly without notice, until funds clear. We are not liable for delays caused if your credit card is declined.
Shipping:
Standard shipping is via U.P.S. Ground. Orders over 200 lbs. may ship via truck; shipping on these orders would be calculated separately. We may, at our discretion, double box full cases of breakable items. Double boxing is $3.00/box. International shipments may require additional documentation fees. International customers are responsible for their own duties and taxes.
Claims:
We do everything possible to pack things carefully for you. Nevertheless, some breakage may occur during shipping. Inspect your package(s) immediately. You must notify us of any damaged or missing items within ten (10) days in order to receive credit or replacements. Please save broken items and all packing material for at least two weeks. Some carriers require inspecting these goods in order to pay damage claims. Damage or loss claims are subject to approval by the carrier. Your Pet Valet is not responsible for claims or amounts above the cost of goods. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns:
thirty (30) days from date of issue. Returns must be packed securely in original packaging, and must be 100% complete, unused, and in resellable condition or they may be refused and credit denied. We reserve the right to inspect all returns to verify claims. Credits, refunds, or replacements for returns will be made only after the returned items are received in good condition. A 25% restocking fee may apply. No credits or refunds will be issued for items that are lost or damaged during return. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed; no refunds or credits will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse credit on any return.
Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are FOB Skokie, Illinois. In rare cases, there may be additional shipping charges. If that occurs, you will be notified.
